Account Security & User Obligations

Don’t use another person’s account without consent.

Service Availability and Modifications

Subscriptions & Billing
Automatic Renewal
Paid tiers renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled through your account or app store.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel anytime before the next renewal. Refunds are provided only where required by law or due to a material service failure.
UK users – Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. US users – FTC subscription rules apply.
User Content and Licensing Terms
Ownership
You retain full ownership of all User Content and related IP rights. Eirloom claims no ownership.
Limited Licence to Eirloom
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to provide and maintain the Service.
Public Stories / Featured Use
If you make content public or consent to promotional use, you grant an additional licence for that purpose only. Consent may be withdrawn.
Removal & Deletion
You may delete content at any time. Deleted items are removed from active servers and backups within ≈ 90 days.
Infringement Reporting
To report copyright or privacy violations, email privacy@eirloom.com with supporting evidence.
Prohibited Use
Do not use Eirloom to:

Break any law;

Harass, abuse, defame, or threaten others;

Infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights;

Upload malware or harmful code.
Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Where feasible, we’ll give prior notice and a reason. You may close your account at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the permanent availability of content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eirloom and its affiliates aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (data, profits, goodwill) arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on our website or app; significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
United Kingdom
Governed by the laws of England and Wales; disputes may be brought in its courts.
United States Addendum
For U.S. residents, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) on an individual basis.
Before arbitration, both parties will attempt informal resolution by written notice and 30 days of good-faith discussion.
Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Eirloom. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
